When I phone you guys to try and query why only R149 was debitted but the call centre doesnt answer I end up in a dead end street. Last night I tried to get some important documnets from my email adress but my connrection was suspended. I'm phoning again now but there is just music and a lot of bla bla bla..... Your switchboard takes messages but the call doesnt return the calls so I wont leave messages anymore. I see Iburst is listed as a company who doesnt responds anymore so it seems like you guys just feel in general that your clients complain about rubish and we can just suffer and wait....... until you feel like you want to help or sort out our queries. I holding on the line so far for more than 10 minutes on my own account at work with my manager wondering when I will end this private call.
